Q. I just bought a ringtone from HiFi Ringtones on my Razr. I have T-Mobile. after, i checked my sounds and ringtone list and it wasnt there! I also went back to HiFi and they didnt say i bought5 it or anything, i also tried restarting my phone and it still isnt there! wAt happened or where can i find it?!? please help!!!

A. The file type isn't one that windows media can use. (the program the Vu uses to sync) Change the i tunes file type. Open the General section of the i Tunes preferences, click on Import Settings, change the default encoder to MP3, right-click the songs in i Tunes, and convert them to MP3 if possible. Import any created MP3s into Windows Media Player and sync the phone. OR If you right-click on a music track in iTunes, there is an option to Convert Selection to some other format. Probably it says "Convert Selection to AAC", which is useless because your iTunes tracks are already in AAC format!
